The process of a shredder machine handling hard plastic:
Feeding
First, plastic raw materials are either manually fed or transported via a conveyor belt to the crusher's feed inlet, then processed in the crushing chamber.
Our hard plastic shredders come with feed inlets in various shapes, like long cylindrical or wide rectangular structures, suitable for different plastic products.
Crushing
The crusher's rotor blades spin at high speed, creating a shearing effect with the fixed blades. Together, they efficiently break down the plastic raw materials.
The high-efficiency crusher has thick blades, which can crush powerfully and effectively without jamming or clogging.
Screening
The crushed plastic is screened through a mesh. Plastic flakes of the desired size pass through the mesh, while larger pieces stay in the chamber for further crushing.
The mesh size can be adjusted according to your production needs. For processing large materials, it’s recommended to use a mesh size above 16mm to ensure smooth operation.
Discharge
The plastic pieces that pass through the mesh fall to the bottom under gravity and are discharged through the outlet.
